Accessibility plug in

Recently, a member of my personal learning network on twitter suggested adding an accessibility plug in to wordpress so that visitors could have control of text size, contrast levels etc. However, the plug in recommend has not received updates in over two years, is not tested with my version of word press and has just over 1000 downloads. It kinda failed on all three of the things I look at when first judging a plug in. Does anyone have a suggestion of a plug in that would do this?

Hi Irene,
What a great question! You definitely want a plugin that is still receiving updates regularly. It looks like the plugin WP Accessibility has recently been updated, is compatible with WordPress version 3.4.2 or higher, and is active on 20,000+ sites. That plugin should do the trick!

I’ve got a widget which does colours and text sizes if you want to try that?
