Anyone know how to find the WEBHOOK_TUNNEL_URL for n8n?

I currently have n8n on a default domain, say

https://env-1234.country.reclaim.cloud/

the documentation says that the oauth redirect URLs should work fine. however I’m getting URLs like

http://localhost:1234/rest/oauth2-credential/callback

I’ve tried substituting like https://env-1234.country.reclaim.cloud:1234/rest/oauth2-credential/callback but that doesn’t seem to work. I went through the logs on the dashboard but I don’t see a WEBHOOK_TUNNEL_URL anywhere. Any insights?
