I’ll be leaving mpow at the end of the semester and would like to hand over an account we set up with you - library.gustavus.edu - to a co-worker. Is there a way to have both of us as the owner or for me to transfer it over to her?
You can edit who is the contact for the account at Client Area - Reclaim Hosting. It’s possible to also remain on as a subaccount, here’s a guide to adding a subaccount (you’d do this after changing the client information from yourself to the person you’re handing it over if you still need/want a login to manage) https://forums.reclaimhosting.com/t/creating-a-sub-account-within-the-client-area/1042
