Hi there,
In shared hosting environments you will not have the ability to install server-level packages of this nature (tools like yum and commands that require sudo or root access are not accessible in a cPanel shell). I would recommend opening a support ticket and this may be something that we can install for you, we take those requests on a case by case basis and can review and respond accordingly.
