I tried to fix some stuff on my website and caused my entire website to crash, I can’t even access my admin. I have no idea what to do and need assistance.

You should be all fixed up now, looks like the WordPress URLs and the .htaccess files were edit to add /About to the URL, which will break the site. I would not edit the URL in Settings–>General or the .htaccess file given those are necessary constants. The easiest way to have the front page redirect to About is to using the tool in Settings->Reading to decide what page is a static front page. I took care of that for you.
