Omeka and HTTPS

I’m having some trouble updating Omeka from HTTP to HTTPS. I followed the excellent instructions here to force HTTPS in the cPanel and I have a valid certificate installed for my site. I also uncommented ssl = “always” in the config.ini file. However, I am still getting mixed content errors for any files stored on AWS. Is there a manual change that needs to be made for AWS or something else I’m missing?
