Over quota error message

I’m suddenly getting the following error message when I try to upload anything using cPanel: “An error occurred. Your account may be over its quota or you attempted to upload a folder.”

I’m not uploading a folder and it looks like I’m not even at 50% on my quota. Any idea how to fix?

It appears to be allowing me to upload some things, but not others.
