Pdftk installation?

Hello!

I’m trying to install an Omeka S site that will host some PDFS. However, I keep running into erros that involve pdftk – the advice given was to install it via terminal. As far as I can assess, I cannot install it via terminal, and need to ask Reclaim to do that. Is that correct?

Example errors:

Unable to process pdf: Command pdftk unavailable or failed: pdftk A=‘/tmp/omekagQQZfm’ dump_data_utf8

Unable to process pdf: Command pdftk unavailable or failed: /public_html/obscena/modules/BulkImport/vendor/mikehaertl/php-shellcommand A=‘/tmp/omekahF0uLt’ dump_data_utf8

That’s correct, on shared hosting a server level binary would have to be installed by us be a use individual accounts don’t have root permissions to install them. You can open a support ticket with this request.
