Security Warnings in Fresh ownCloud install

I’m setting ownCloud in a Reclaim Cloud enviro. I got the following security warnings:

Settings_ownCloud1013×228 34.3 KB

I saw this was resolved for fresh installs of ownCloud with Reclaim Hosting, but the solution doesn’t apply to Reclaim Cloud since there’s no cPanel.
In ownCloud admin installation docs it says to make some changes to Apache Virtual Host, but I’m not certain where I’d find that in my enviro in order to add the code.
