Hi! I’m trying to ssh into my Reclaim Cloud account and running into a pile of issues. I’ve followed these instructions to add my ssh public key via the web interface, and I’m using the SSH Gate instructions in order to connect, but I keep getting Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic). I can connect via Web SSH, but I need to scp a file from the server to my local machine and can’t do it without Gate access, as far as I can tell. Have you run into this before? Any sense of what I could be doing wrong? --K.
