Hi! The Mattermost instance I’m running via Reclaim Cloud stopped responding a little while ago, and I’m wondering whether you can recommend more sophisticated troubleshooting processes than stopping the environment and restarting it. As it turns out, that worked – but is there a way to get status info that might guide me to the problem in a less ham-fisted way?
I’m all about looking at logs. Every application will be different but most any app worth its salt a developer will log any particular errors when things go wrong. I see Mattermost has a section on where various logs are stored at Troubleshooting Mattermost issues — Mattermost documentation that may be of use if you run into the issue again.
