Attempted to transfer site, I think I killed it

I registered a new domain name for my website and attempted to transfer my current one to the new domain. I was working in WordPress Admin and in Settings changed the website address to the new domain (randomritings.org) from the old one, but now I am locked out and the website went from o.k. to nothing. Did I kill it? Is there a way back?
