Hello! Having read the What are my FTP/cPanel Credentials? post, I have what may nevertheless be a stupid question. I’m accessing cPanel through my institutions DOOO account, which is set up for SSO, so I don’t have a companion portal account. If I were to want to access my account via ssh, what credentials would I use to do so?
Great question! Often there will be a separate page on the portal that will show your FTP/cPanel credentials. There is should be a drop-down menu at the tool-bar after you login
It should be called “User Information” or “FTP Information.” If it’s not there, you’ll want to reach out to the admin at your Institution for additional help, they can access the password for you.
