I eventually get to the edit stage, but I am hopeful there is an easier way to access editing a DoOO. Please advise.

Sort of depends what it is you’re editing. If it’s a site created in Site Publisher you can go to the same area in cPanel and edit the site (although you will be restricted to the same form fields when you published it). If it’s Wordpress see this guide for logging in to the WordPress dashboard
