If you ever run into errors that your database has crashed, you can repair it right from cPanel.
Under the Databases section and find MySQL Databases
Under Modify Databases, select the database you would like to repair from the drop down and hit the Repair Database button.
You will be taken to a screen that will let you know the status of the repair:
